    Polaris-box 6 SCM

    The Polaris-box 6 SCM has an integrated inlay for up to 12 splices, a secure splitter fixing possibility and an easy (click-on) mountable adapter bracket for 6/12 patch connections (SC, E-2000 / LCD). To separate splices from splitters or for additional splice capacity, six more FMTS-Compact splice trays can be retrofitted.

The Polaris 6 box is a small all-rounder. The Polaris Box 6 offers space for up to four FMTS splice cassettes and can be equipped with up to 60 splice connections. In addition, SC, E-2000™ and LC Duplex (SFF) connections can be added. It is made of high quality and durable PC and ABS plastic. With an operating temperature between -25°C to +85°C, it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It also meets the IP65 protection requirements, making the Polaris-Box 6 weather resistant. The Polaris-Box 6 is lockable, so that unauthorized access is not possible. In addition, the cover can be opened by 120 degrees, which simplifies the modification of the cable distribution and the installation of the optical fibers and the plug connections. The protruding housing cover additionally protects the cable entries and external connections. The various cable entries on the edge allow the Polaris 6 Box easy cable routing and flexible expansion.
